Find Your Way Back to You
“I don’t know who I am anymore since what happened. It feels like I’m watching someone else live my life, and I don’t recognize myself in it.”
- You’ve spent so long taking care of everyone else that your own needs barely make the list.
- You keep pushing through the day, but inside you feel exhausted, numb, or on edge.
- You tell yourself “it wasn’t that bad,” yet your body still reacts like it’s happening now.
- You’re high-functioning on the outside, but inside you feel like you’re barely holding it together.
- You’ve tried to “just move on,” but the same patterns and triggers keep pulling you back.

There is a difference between good and excellent therapy
Finding a therapist who understands the weight of "just getting through the day" is vital. Whether you're feeling a bit on edge, processing a traumatic experience, or struggling with life changes, we specialize in helping clients in Texas and Colorado move toward a calmer and more grounded life experience by providing trauma-informed excellence.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma therapy approach that helps your brain process difficult experiences that still feel emotionally “stuck.” Instead of only talking about what happened, EMDR helps you safely work through the painful memories, changes in your beliefs, and your bodies responses allowing you to feel less overwhelmed and more integrated.
Life transitions have a way of making us question everything. Whether you're starting over after a divorce, becoming a parent, changing careers, grieving a loss, leaving a relationship, or simply realizing the life you've built no longer feels like your own, it's natural to wonder, "Who am I now?"
“I’m tired of feeling numb; I want to feel safe again.”
Parenting is hard enough without carrying the weight of your own unresolved experiences. Whether you're adjusting to new parenthood, supporting a child who has experienced trauma, or healing from your own past so it doesn't become your child's future, you don't have to do it alone. We help parents break generational patterns, strengthen their relationships, and create homes where safety, connection, and resilience can grow.
Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, processing experiences of discrimination, or simply looking for a therapist who understands the importance of affirming care, therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
